Bryant and Co Foundation

Mission Statement

Our mission is to bring people back into connection with land, learning, and the practical skills that create real opportunity in life.

At the center of everything we do is education, but not in a traditional sense. We believe education should be lived and experienced in real environments where people can understand how things actually work. Especially when it comes to land, food, housing, and the systems that shape everyday life.

A large part of this work is taking shape in Paso Robles through The Living Ground, where we are building a space that brings together farming, land stewardship, and real estate education in a hands-on way. A place where people can learn by doing, work alongside professionals, and begin to understand how development and land-based systems come together from the ground up.

The property itself will continue to evolve over time into a working environment for learning, building, and gathering. It will include restored and newly developed structures that support education, operations, and community use, all designed to serve the broader purpose of the project.

We work with youth, families, and communities from both rural and urban backgrounds, creating access to experiences that are often out of reach. Through hands-on learning, mentorship, and exposure to real working environments, people are given the chance to build practical skills and confidence in areas like land use, construction, agriculture, and real estate.

Care for community is also part of this mission. That includes supporting food access, education-based programming, and resources that help people navigate real challenges and build stability in their own lives.

Get Involved

Bryant & Co Foundation is rooted in the belief that real opportunity comes from access to land, education, and the ability to understand how real estate and communities are actually built.

We are currently focused on building this work first within the immediate communities in Paso Robles and the surrounding region. This is where The Living Ground is taking shape as a hands-on environment for learning, participation, and real-world experience.

As the foundation grows, we will also expand opportunities for engagement with broader urban communities in places like New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. That expansion will always be built on a strong local foundation first.

Current Priorities

We are currently in a critical phase of land acquisition and foundational capital alignment to secure the property and begin development.

At this stage, we are not structured for general monetary donations and are prioritizing aligned, project-based forms of support that directly contribute to the development and execution of our work.

Ways to Contribute

  • In-kind donations of materials, equipment, or services
  • Brand partnerships and sponsorships
  • Volunteer participation in programs and events
  • Board and advisory member applications
