Bryant & Co. Foundation exists to make sure that as The Living Ground grows, so does everyone it touches. We are the educational and community arm of an educational regenerative farm and agritourism model being built in Paso Robles, California – designed from the ground up to be replicated, and committed to ensuring that land, learning, and opportunity are accessible to all.
Through hands-on programming using The Living Ground Farm model, we guide youth, families, and community partners through real learning rooted in real land. Regenerative agriculture. Land stewardship. Seed-to-table food systems. Animal husbandry. Leadership development. Real estate and business development. Arts, media, and music production. Community building. Every step of this build is being documented through film, music and media production, woven into a living archive so that what we are growing can inspire, instruct and outlast all of us.
Every single thing we are building, we are also teaching. If it happens at The Living Ground, there is a lesson inside it. And that lesson is delivered through Bryant & Co. Foundation.
The land is always changing, and so is what there is to learn. Every visit builds on the last. Every season brings a new lesson. This is not a program you complete – it is a place you return to.
Every element of what we teach is by design. The Living Ground model is built to be replicated – from forming your for-profit LLC to establishing your nonprofit arm, from stewarding land to generating revenue from it, from feeding your community to connecting it to the world. We call it Blueprints to the Future. Every part of this is teachable. Every part of this is replicable. And every part of this is for the greater good of humanity.
Our reach is already extending far beyond Paso Robles. Farm extensions rooted in our founder and board’s personal networks are actively producing across multiple continents – trusted relationships decades in the making, preparing to steward their land and communities through the same model we are planting in Paso Robles. This is all happening at once, and the world is making it very clear that the time is now.
Community programming initiatives – including a mobile farm program and school garden stewardship network – are already in development and taking root. A Junior Board leadership pipeline is already developing the next generation of change-makers from the inside out.
We are building something the world has never seen, in a moment the world has never faced. There has never been a better time to be part of something rooted in hope, built for impact, and growing faster than anyone expected.
