As The Living Ground grows, so does everyone who touches it.
Bryant & Co. Foundation exists to make sure that happens. We are the educational and community arm of a regenerative farm and agritourism model being built in Paso Robles, California — designed from the ground up to be replicated, and committed to ensuring that land, learning, and opportunity are accessible to all.
Every thing we build, we are also teaching.
If it happens at The Living Ground, there is a lesson inside it. The land is always changing, and so is what there is to learn. Every visit builds on the last. Every season brings a new lesson. This is not a program you complete, it is a place you return to.
We guide youth, families, and community partners through real learning using The Living Ground Farm model. Every step of this build is being documented through film, music, and media production, woven into a living archive so that what we are growing can inspire, instruct, and outlast all of us.
Every element of what we teach is by design. From stewarding land to building local capacity, from growing food to feeding a community, from planting one farm to connecting a network of them. We call it Blueprints to the Future. Every part of this is teachable. Every part of this is replicable. Every part of this is for the greater good of humanity.
Every Living Ground location operates its own nonprofit arm, learning to steward philanthropic, impact-oriented organizations and events that lead to lasting change for good in its own community. Farm extensions rooted in our founder and board’s personal networks are actively producing across multiple continents, trusted relationships decades in the making. This is not happening in one place. It is happening everywhere the model takes root, all at once, and the world is making it very clear that the time is now.
Community programming is already in development and taking root, including The Cool Bus, a mobile farm program, and a community grow bag garden initiative that meets people wherever they are: apartment complexes, city blocks, parks, anywhere there is ground or a pot to grow in. No bureaucracy. No barriers. And now, The Cool Bus trails right behind the tour, our farm crew and the nonprofit crew on the road together, dropping seeds in every kind of community, rich, poor, and everywhere in between. A Junior Board leadership pipeline is already developing the next generation of change-makers from the inside out.
