Your contribution helps us secure land, build educational infrastructure, and create real-world opportunities for the next generation.
Bryant & Co. Foundation is building an immersive learning hub designed to equip children, youth, families, and community members with real-world education in agriculture, real estate, nutrition, leadership, and community development. Our mission is to create a living classroom where people can learn by doing, grow through service, and develop the skills needed to build a brighter future.
We are currently in the fundraising and capital-raising phase. The land has not yet been secured, and we are working toward purchasing the property by the end of July through the for-profit entity, while separately raising support for the nonprofit programs that will operate on-site.
The nonprofit arm, Bryant & Co. Foundation, will lease the barn and approximately 5–7 acres from The Living Ground LLC to deliver educational programming, workshops, mentoring, and community impact initiatives. These programs will be led by nonprofit staff, volunteers, and future junior board members under the direction of the Executive Board and Advisory Board.
A major part of the project is the renovation of the barn into a multi-use learning hub. This space will include:
We are building partnerships with universities, community colleges, educators, and community leaders to create pathways that serve students from elementary school through high school and beyond. These partnerships will help expand access to education, mentorship, and hands-on learning opportunities that are designed to pay it forward for the next generation.
Our farm-based model also includes free real estate education, agricultural development learning, and programming across 12 departments of the farm. This is an intentional, multidisciplinary approach to education that prepares participants not only to understand the world around them, but to help shape it.
We are urgently seeking funding for key staff and operational support because everyone currently involved is working without pay, and that is no longer sustainable. Our first funded positions include:
We also urgently need a nonprofit attorney and a real estate attorney. If monetary donations are not possible, we deeply welcome in-kind support, including legal services, office space, office furniture, and essential office equipment.
In addition to our educational mission, part of our fundraising will support the produce we grow and donate to inner-city schools in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles, along with monthly nutritional workshops that bring food, learning, and practical support directly to those communities.
Your support helps us build more than a farm. It helps us build a place where learning, service, leadership, and opportunity come together to create lasting community impact. Bryant & Co. Foundation is committed to building with care, operating with integrity, and moving toward the future we envision for the people we serve.
Securing acreage for The Living Ground ensures a permanent home for community farming and hands-on learning in Paso Robles.
Funding directly supports mentorship programs in construction, real estate development, and sustainable agriculture for youth and families.
Resources help us maintain historic structures and develop new, eco-conscious housing models for collaborative living and stewardship.
At this stage, Bryant & Co. Foundation is prioritizing aligned, project-based support. While we transition into our next phase of growth, we invite you to contribute toward the foundational development of our work.
Every contribution is a brick in the foundation of a more resilient, educated, and connected community.
Donate NowWhen wildfires devastate communities like Altadena and the Palisades, rebuilding homes is only part of the mission. The real challenge is rebuilding hope, opportunity, and a future for the people who call these neighborhoods home.
Bryant & Co. Foundation’s Blueprints for the Future initiative is designed to do exactly that, by investing in the next generation of builders, contractors, and skilled tradespeople who will lead the recovery.
Through this program, we will be providing grants and scholarships for high school and college-aged youth who want to gain licenses and certifications in the trades most urgently needed for rebuilding:
"When we give our youth the skills and opportunities to rebuild, we’re not just fixing what was lost. We’re creating a future that’s stronger, more resilient, and impossible to burn down."
Rebuilding communities after disaster isn’t just about restoring what was lost—it’s about creating something stronger, smarter, and sustainable. This initiative invests in the next generation by funding trade certifications, apprenticeships, and education. These young professionals gain real skills, secure careers, and help transform devastated areas into thriving, resilient neighborhoods.
By bridging education and opportunity, we’re not just rebuilding homes—we’re building futures.
You can help us train and empower the next wave of builders, electricians, welders, and contractors who will lead California’s recovery.
Fund certifications and tools so a young person can join the rebuilding workforce.
If you’re a construction company or trade school, join our network to offer training or apprenticeships.
Every contribution helps create career pathways and rebuild stronger communities for generations to come.
Together, we can turn recovery into opportunity and create a blueprint for a stronger tomorrow.
