About Our Board of Directors
At Bryant & Co., our work is rooted in building long-term systems that make land, learning, food, and opportunity more accessible — and, in the process, strengthen the communities they touch. Our Board of Directors includes leaders across real estate, construction, agriculture, education, law, community development, and nonprofit leadership. Together, they bring the experience required to move ideas from vision to blueprint to lasting impact. The Junior Board is a mentorship and leadership pipeline for college students, recent graduates, and young adults with a strong desire to learn and contribute. Members help shape curriculum alongside board members and mission-aligned educators, and they create learning experiences for younger generations through workshops, field trips, and school-based programming.
