Junior Board

Our Junior Board is a mentorship and leadership pipeline for emerging leaders.

The Junior Board is open to college students, recent graduates, and young adults of the same age who may not have attended college but demonstrate exceptional leadership, initiative, and a strong desire to learn and contribute. It is a mentorship and leadership pipeline designed to help emerging leaders grow, gain experience, and shape the future of Bryant & Co. Foundation.

Junior Board members will also help program curriculum as a team, working under the direction of current board members and mission-aligned partners, including active and retired accredited teachers and professors on the team. They will also play an active role in creating learning opportunities for younger generations by helping lead workshops, field trips, and school-based programming that inspire, educate, and empower future leaders.
