Arthine Cossey Van Duyne

Climate Finance & Water Equity Advisor

Arthine is the Principal Consultant at WaterFunder, LLC, a climate finance and water equity consultancy connecting grant capital, impact investors, and corporate water stewards to infrastructure and nature-based solutions across the globe. As a Board Advisor to Bryant & Co. Foundation, she opens the funding pathways that bring the Foundation's regenerative farm extensions, soil health programs, and community food infrastructure to scale — translating what grows in the ground into the language of the capital markets that can sustain it globally.

An Army veteran, Environmental Justice Advisor to the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission, Board Advisor to the Freshwater Trust, and Board Member of the Pacific Institute, Arthine holds a BA in Economics from UC Davis and an MBA from IMD in Switzerland.

Her work sits at the intersection of water, land, capital, and community — which is precisely where Bryant & Co. Foundation lives.

Colleen Wilson

Marketing and Membership Lead

Colleen brings a rare combination of finance, real estate development, and creative media to the Foundation. A former Private Mortgage Banker in New York City turned Netflix Executive Producer and star of Pet Stars, Colleen is also the founder and CEO of the world's largest animal talent agency and The Global Find, an international trade and sourcing platform. She has developed her own home from the ground up in Zimbabwe and brings that full-spectrum expertise, financial, creative, and operational, to everything she touches.

Beyond finance, Colleen is an accomplished entrepreneur and media producer. As Executive Producer and star of Pet Stars on Netflix, she leverages her creative reach to amplify the Foundation’s mission. She is also the founder and CEO of the world’s largest animal talent agency and The Global Find, where she cultivates international trade partnerships to source unique home and lifestyle products.

Having personally developed her own home from the ground up, Colleen offers invaluable expertise in strategic real estate planning, global sourcing, and creative production, supporting Bryant & Co. Foundation as it expands educational access, community engagement, and long-term opportunity through land, learning, and mission-driven development.

Damon Kimbrough

Legal/Compliance Advisor

Damon is a retired Detroit Police Officer and U.S. Marshals Task Force member with more than 20 years of law enforcement, risk management, and public safety experience. He helps keep Bryant & Co. Foundation grounded, protected, and accountable as it grows programs, partnerships, and community-based educational work.

Ian Burney

Real Estate Development Advisor

Ian is a construction professional specializing in project management and BIM coordination across residential and community development projects. As Bryant & Co. Foundation moves toward property acquisition and buildout, his expertise is going to be invaluable.

Kenneth L. Johnson

Media Advisor

Ken is a three-time Emmy Award-winning sound designer and re-recording mixer, and the founder of Artistry in Sound. His journey from South Central Los Angeles to the top of his craft, with credits spanning television, film, and music, is the kind of story that reminds you why this work matters. He brings both world-class media expertise and a personal understanding of what community investment can do.

Carlos Battey

Music Advisor

Carlos is a Grammy Award-winning songwriter, composer, and actor who has sold over 18 million albums and written twelve number-one records. His credits include Madonna, Justin Bieber, David Guetta, Flo Rida, Chris Brown, and New Edition. He is creating original music that contributes to the broader creative vision of Bryant & Co. Foundation, and we are beyond fortunate to have his artistry woven into the foundation of this work.
