About Our Founder

Jessica Bryant is a real estate broker, developer, and community leader with deep experience in housing, disaster relief, and sustainable living. She experienced homelessness as a teenager in a foreign country, later helped lead a homeless shelter, and has built a career helping communities access housing and opportunity in NYC, Los Angeles, and beyond.

She founded Bryant & Co. Foundation to create programs that empower underserved communities, provide disaster preparedness and relief, teach real estate and land stewardship, and increase access to fresh, healthy food. Her hands-on experience in real estate, disaster response, and community building equips her to turn these programs into real, lasting impact.
