Mission Statement
The mission of Bryant & Co. Foundation is simple and enduring: to ensure that as The Living Ground grows, so does everyone who touches it.
We believe education should be lived and experienced not just taught. Real learning happens in real environments, with real land, real tools, and real people working alongside you. That is the foundation of everything we do.
Our work centers on The Living Ground Farm Model an educational regenerative farm and agritourism model being built in Paso Robles, California and designed from the ground up to be replicated in communities across the world. Through hands-on programming rooted in this model, we guide youth, families, and community partners through regenerative agriculture, land stewardship, seed-to-table food systems, animal husbandry, leadership development, real estate and business development, arts, media and music production, and community building.
We work with people from both urban and rural backgrounds, creating access to experiences and knowledge that have historically been out of reach. Care for community is not a footnote to this mission -- it is the mission. That includes supporting food access, educational programming, and the kind of practical, grounded knowledge that helps people build real stability and real futures.
Get Involved
Bryant & Co. Foundation was built on the belief that real opportunity comes from access to land, education, and the knowledge of how communities are actually grown and sustained. We are currently in active property acquisition and capital raise phase -- and there has never been a better time to get involved.
There are many ways to be part of what we are building:
- Monetary donations to support land acquisition, program development, and community initiatives.
- In-kind donations of materials, equipment, or professional services.
- Volunteer participation in programs and events.
- Brand partnerships and sponsorships.
- Applications for our Executive Board, Advisory Board, and Junior Board.
Every contribution -- regardless of size or form -- plants a seed in something that is designed to grow, replicate, and serve communities for generations.

We are currently focused on building this work first within the immediate communities in Paso Robles and the surrounding region. This is where The Living Ground is taking shape as a hands-on environment for learning, participation, and real-world experience.
As the foundation grows, we will also expand opportunities for engagement with broader urban communities in places like New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. That expansion will always be built on a strong local foundation first.
Current Priorities
We are currently in a critical phase of land acquisition and foundational capital alignment to secure the property and begin development.
At this stage, we are not structured for general monetary donations and are prioritizing aligned, project-based forms of support that directly contribute to the development and execution of our work.
