Bryant & Co. Foundation is currently in active fundraising and property acquisition phase. Every contribution monetary or in-kind directly fuels the development of an educational model designed to serve communities for generations.
Why We’re Fundraising
Bryant & Co. Foundation is building an immersive, replicable learning model rooted in regenerative agriculture, land stewardship, real estate and business development, arts and media, and community building. We are currently working to secure our anchor property in Paso Robles, California -- the foundation from which everything else grows.
The nonprofit arm of The Living Ground will operate on-site, delivering educational programming, workshops, mentorship, and community impact initiatives under the direction of the executive board, advisory board, and growing junior board.
OUR EDUCATIONAL MODEL:
We are building collaborative relationships with universities, community colleges, educators, and community leaders to serve learners from elementary school through adulthood. This is not a traditional curriculum. It is an alternative learning experience where every visit builds on the last, every season brings something new, and growth is inevitable.
Every element of what we teach is by design. If it happens at The Living Ground, there is a lesson inside it - delivered through Bryant & Co. Foundation.
URGENT NEEDS:
Everyone currently involved in building this organization is currently doing so without compensation. Our first funded positions will include an Executive Director, Program Director, administrative support, accounting and finance staff, and web development. We are also actively seeking pro bono or in-kind legal support nonprofit attorney and real estate attorney.
If monetary donations are not possible at this time, we deeply welcome in-kind support including legal services, office space, office furniture, and essential equipment.
COMMUNITY IMPACT:
Our mobile farm program and school garden stewardship network are already in development, designed to bring seed-to-table education and resources directly into urban communities across Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area.

Foundational Land Acquisition
Securing the anchor property for The Living Ground in Paso Robles establishes the permanent home for our educational model and everything that grows from it.

Resources help us build and maintain the infrastructure needed to deliver our programs, grow our team, and expand our reach into communities that need it most.
A Note on Our Current Phase
We’re in an active acquisition and build-out phase, securing land, facilities, and a mobile farm bus so this model can operate at scale and in real time on the ground. From forming a for-profit LLC to establishing a nonprofit arm. From stewarding land to generating revenue from it. From feeding a community to connecting it to the world. Every part of this is teachable. Every part of this is replicable. And every part of this is for the greater good of humanity.
Bryant & Co. Foundation’s Blueprints for the Future At The Living Ground, our work is rooted in restoring the relationship between land, learning, and community. We use hands-on education to show how food, stewardship, real estate, and shared knowledge can grow something lasting.
Our programs are designed for youth and the adults who love them. While we place special emphasis on the next generation, parents and community members are encouraged to participate, learn, and grow with them.:
- Hands-on skills in sustainable agriculture, food systems, land stewardship, animal husbandry, and organic growing that prepare people to care for land and feed communities in the real world.
- Blueprints to the Future projects that map the farm model, community and real estate development, how we care for ourselves, each other, and the land, and how we pass down wisdom through alternative, hands-on learning.
- Our Living Ground block party bus brings soil, seeds, stories, live music, and traveling nutrition and cooking workshops straight to the block in the Bay and LA, and is designed to expand organically over time.
- School gardens and campus food systems designed and led by youth and families, turning campuses into living labs that actually grow food for school lunches and fresh produce students can take home to share with their families, using soil and water systems built for real, ongoing production.
